The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and can determine a candidate's potential through in-depth discussions. They should have excellent organizational skills to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

Responsibilities

• You should have great sales ability, particularly the ability to develop new contacts, and network throughout your market to turn them into new clients.

• Strong negotiation and influencing skills, able to engage and develop hiring manager contacts.

• Search, build and maintain a pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future open positions. (developing and maintaining candidate pools)

• Strong empathic skills to help candidates navigate the recruitment process to land the most suitable role for their development.

• Conduct interviews via phone or in-person.

• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews

• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails

• Strong communication skills (Unafraid to speak to anyone, a drive to deliver the best results for clients and candidates, whilst delivering solutions to our client's needs).
