- Have prior experience in 180/360 recruitment or key account management working the permanent market.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and can determine a candidate's potential through in-depth discussions. They should have excellent organizational skills to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
Responsibilities
- You should have great sales ability, particularly the ability to develop new contacts, and network throughout your market to turn them into new clients.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, able to engage and develop hiring manager contacts.
- Search, build and maintain a pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future open positions. (developing and maintaining candidate pools)
- Strong empathic skills to help candidates navigate the recruitment process to land the most suitable role for their development.
- Conduct interviews via phone or in-person.
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
Skills:
- Effective sales experience. (Target-driven, resilient, determined to do the best job possible - for our clients, candidates and for your own career).
- Strong communication skills (Unafraid to speak to anyone, a drive to deliver the best results for clients and candidates, whilst delivering solutions to our client's needs).
- High level of curiosity and engagement in the people you meet.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
